Hi. Welcome to my blog. I am Kate Bell. This blog is about my life as I struggle to live as fully as I can. I am physically disabled by chronic pain. I have a wide variety of health conditions that contribute to this but it has become a condition all of its own.

I am 61. I am female. I am married. All of these describe an aspect of me.
